Basecamp

My Multimedia Productions class is brand new this school year, as such, students and I are learning what works and what doesn't together.  Students are excited at the idea of creating their own short films, but many lacked background knowledge on creating characters, worlds and story arcs. Enter Khan Academy's partnership with Pixar in their "Art of Storytelling" series.  Together, our class spent each day working through one element.  As we progressed, students were able to start creating basic character arcs that they will be turning into their first short film in the next month.
